4th of July
Happy Independence Day! Today we celebrate the greatest nation on the face of the earth. Today we celebrate our nation's independence from the tyranny of King George III and England. God bless America! and as Jessi used to say, "Happy fourth a jolly!"

SCRABBLE
When is SCRABBLE no fun? When your wife scores 131 points on her second turn of the game. She used all her letters on a triple word score which happened to include the J. The only thing that could have been worse was a word that contained Z or Q. Meanwhile I have 7 vowels on my rack. Oh yeah! Good times! What a fun game!

Hello, July.
I can't say I'm glad July is here. It just puts me one step closer to going back to school. June was (almost) a total washout. So much rain and I feel like too much time was wasted indoors.
