Do You remember?
Do you remember where you were 44 years ago today? I sure do. 44 years ago today the Beverly Hills Supper Club burned and 165 people were killed. It was terrible, awful, tragic night. I remember my family was at my Aunt Rita's house for a family party. I also remember the adults being glued to the TV. We kids didn't really have a grasp on what was going on, but years later, as I have researched the topic, I realize what a horrific night it was.

ReplyDeleteIn regards to the Supper club incident, I was at work at Sankers Lanes in Mt. Healthy that night, everyone glued to the TV at the Bar watching the coverage, quite a somber night.
