Goodbye, Gomer

The best show ever on television was the Andy Griffith Show. Bar none. It was clean as a whistle, and HILARIOUS!

Yesterday, another cast member passed away. Jim Nabors who played Gomer Pyle died at the age of 87. Preceding him in death were Andy, Barney, Floyd, Aunt Bea, Helen, Goober, Howard, Otis, Briscoe Darling, and Ernest T. Bass. The only surviving cast members are Thelma Lou, and of course, Opie.

These wonderful actors have passed on, but they will live forever in reruns.
