Welcome to the great toilet paper crisis of 2020. People are hoarding toilet paper like it's the last basket of bread in a great Biblical famine.
The toilet paper shelves at all stores are completely BARE. Reports say this is the case all over the country. I have no idea if that's true, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was.
Joking aside, last night Abby called and asked if we have any extra rolls of toilet paper. This shows you how ridiculous this whole "Toilet Paper Mass Hysteria" is. My daughter and her husband (who don't subscribe to the panic) can't even go to the grocery store to pick up a pack of toilet paper because people have LOST their minds and bought more than they would ever use. If people simply bought what they needed to get through this temporary crisis, there would be plenty of TP for everybody. But nooooooooooooo..... Some people have to buy 500 rolls for a family of 4. Gimme a break! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out. If people used just a smidgen of common sense this wouldn't even be an issue.
