Political Correctness

Does anybody believe that political correctness hasn't gotten completely out of hand? Traditional Christmas cookies have always been gingerbread men. What kind of store sells non gender specific gingerbread people? Seriously? Somebody gets offended at the term gingerbread MAN? You gotta be kidding!
