Raising Kids

Raising kids is an awesome experience. A joyful, happy, difficult, wonderful, nerve wracking, elating, sometimes gut-wrenching experience. Being a parent brings the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Most of the time life takes you somewhere in between, but being a parent is one of the most rewarding things a parent can do. Parenting also lends itself to a lot of humor.

Raising kids is like trying to nail Jell-O to a tree.

Raising teenagers is like being slowly pecked to death by a chicken.
