The REST of the story

Paul Harvey used to have a daily radio segment called "The REST of the story". He would spin a yarn and then give a surprising twist at the end, concluding with his signature, "And now you know the REST of the story. Good Day!". It seems we now have the rest of the story behind Elliott's lollipop incident. It turns out he'd already had a cookie and then went in and snuck the sucker out of the drawer. I guess he doesn't have such a mean mommy after all :-)
