Messin' with the janitor

There are times at school when things get pretty tense. Sometimes to pass the time or deal with stress we will play tricks on each other. One of my favorites occurs after the students have left for the day.

Our cleaning service starts working as soon as the kids go home. I have been known to unplug the extension cord when they are vacuuming the classrooms. The first few times I did it, the custodian came to investigate the problem with a puzzled look on his face. Since then, he always knows it's me. "Very funny, Mick! Plug it back in!".
