A strong back...

I continued my duties today as a quality control specialist and/or bottle inspector. However, at lunch time I was moved to a different area of the plant to perform a whole different type of job. This job required somebody with a strong back and a weak mind. I guess yours truly fit the bill. I was part of a team of men loading 40 lb. boxes of liquor from a conveyor belt onto pallets. Five and a half hours later the 5:00 whistle blew and it was time for the weekend. I was pretty tired and a little sore, but I put in an honest days work for an honest days pay. As my Father-in-Law likes to say, I was out diggin' taters. Just another way to earn a few extra bucks. Whatever it takes.
