In all the busy-ness of Tami's brother visiting, I failed to mention Abby left for Mexico yesterday. She will be there for a week doing missions work at the Mexican Indian Training Center. She made the same trip last year and was very excited about this year's trip.
The trip down to Mexico was not without its snags though. Actually, the trip from Cincinnati to Houston went smoothly. After a 6 hour layover un in Houston, the flight to Mexico was delayed for several hours. I'm not sure of the reason, but they finally arrived in Mexico about 2 A.M. Then they had a 2 hour bus ride to their final destination. Can you imagine that? After a long day of traveling getting on a rickety old bus in the middle of the night and riding to a remote area of Mexico... YIKES!
Please pray for Abby and the other members of the team for a profitable time in Mexico.
She gets home next Saturday.
