My brother the chief

Tomorrow my little brother will be officially sworn in as Fire Chief of the St. Bernard Fire Department. I'm really having trouble wrapping my mind around that idea. The same little brother who used to pester me to death is now going to be running an entire fire department. I am very proud of him, but I know my dad would be much more proud than me. In fact, dad probably would have been so proud he would have been ready to burst.
