I don't know where our sayings and adages came from, but I do know whoever came up with them was very wise. Whoever said, "Silence is Golden" was absolutely correct. I live in a noisy world and sometimes all I want is a little bit of peace and quiet. It's difficult to find. Whoever said, "March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb", said a mouthful too. March begins on Friday and the weather does not look nice. Cold temperatures, rain, snow and wind. YUCK! Coming in like a lion indeed! I look forward to the quick passing of March and watching it go out like a lamb. Spring is on its way!
