The weather forecasters were right. Tonight about 6:00 the snow/ice/sleet started coming down with a vengeance. It's been 4+ hours since then and it hasn't let up yet. In fact, the news is reporting as bad as things are now, the worst is yet to come. In Hidden Valley the roads are usually better than those in most surrounding areas. With that being said, we just received word that Hidden Valley is closing down two main roads in the community. If that's the case now, I shudder (and shiver) to think what the overnight hours will bring.
We were out for a short time this evening and things really were bad. The worst roads of the winter for sure. YUCK!
